About Articuvida, an online store for joint care

Articuvida sells dietary supplements and topical cosmetics, ordered with a form and paid on delivery. This page explains what we do, and what we do not do.

The store

What is Articuvida?

Articuvida is an online store. We sell dietary supplements and topical cosmetics for joints and muscles. You order on the product page with a short form, and you pay when the parcel arrives.

We deliver in many countries across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. Each product page belongs to a single country: its price, currency and delivery are its own. We never mix one country's offer with another's, and delivery stays separate too.

We have no physical store. We do not sell in pharmacies or on online marketplaces: our whole offer is on this website.

Our role

A reseller, not a manufacturer

We resell: we make none of these products and we run no brand's official page.

We are not a pharmacy either. We give no medical advice, recommend no treatment and do not replace a doctor. If you have a health concern, ask a professional.

That distinction decides what we can write. A reseller describes what is on the packaging, explains how to order, and says clearly when a detail is missing. It does not invent uses or effects.

Three steps

This is what an order looks like

The process is the same in every country we deliver to, in three steps.

Form
On the product page, you enter your name and a phone number where you can be reached. We do not ask for an email, an address, an ID or bank details.
Phone call
An advisor calls to confirm the product and quantity, the delivery address, the delivery time and the total. Without this call, the order is not shipped.
Delivery
The courier brings the parcel to the agreed address, and you pay when you receive it. Before that, you pay nothing.

Catalog

What we sell, and what we do not

We sell two kinds of products: dietary supplements and topical cosmetics, such as creams, gels, balms and sprays. Nothing else.

None of them is a medicine. A dietary supplement adds to your diet, a cosmetic goes on the skin. Neither category treats or prevents disease, and you will not find anything else on our product pages.

That is why our product pages stick to what is on the label (form, contents, listed ingredients) and the price. If a detail is missing or cannot be read on the photo, we say so instead of filling it in.

Price

One price, with no fake promotions

Each product has one price, in the currency of the page's country. We use no struck-through prices, no permanent discounts, no countdowns and no last-items-in-stock notices.

The reason is simple: a discount on a price that was never charged is misleading, and we do not want to build our store on that.

The price includes delivery and the advisor adds nothing to it: if you order several units, you pay the product page price for each one. No subscription, no recurring delivery, no charge later.

Verifiable

What you can check for yourself

The process itself can be checked: you order with the form, an advisor calls, you receive the parcel, and only then do you pay.

If what you read here does not match what you hear on the phone or what you receive, do not accept the parcel. You will then pay nothing.

Common questions

Does Articuvida make the products it sells?
No. We are an online store that resells. We do not make these products, we run no brand's official page and we are not a pharmacy. Our pages describe what is on the packaging, without adding uses the label does not state.
Do you have a physical store or sell in pharmacies?
No. We have no physical store and we do not sell in pharmacies or on online marketplaces. We take orders only through the form on the product page.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Many countries across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, but each product page belongs to a single country. Delivery takes place within it, never abroad.
Do I need an account or a card to order?
No. No sign-up, no password, no online payment. The form asks for your name and phone number, and you pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
Are these products medicines?
No. They are dietary supplements or topical cosmetics. None treats or prevents disease, and none replaces what a professional has recommended to you.
